Assembled flake cement silo is to designed removable cement tank for better transport, usually works with mixing station.
Cement silo (cement tank): Steel warehouse body part, ladder, fence, feeding tube, part of the dust, the pressure relief valve,
high and low level gauge, discharge valve, generally 30t, 50t, 100t, 200t, 300t, 400t, 500t, etc. It can be customized according to
client's requirements.
Bulk cement silo is a kind of small cement silo used for storing cement of the concrete mixing plant. It is a vertical,
closed, one pieced storaging silo. It's good for storing grain, cement, fly ash, etc. There is a level indicator to shows
the level of the material. The dismantled bottom device can be used to discharge the blocking and objects falls in by
accident.
The construct of the cement silo is cylinder, supporting by four legs in the bottom. The material of the silo is steel and welded.
There are the dust catcher and safety valve on the top.

2. After the silo has been fixed, It’s the cement truck carry the cement to the working place, and link the conveyortubes of the cement
truck and the silo, then the cement can be send into the silo by the pressure of the cement truck.
3. During the process, the workers need to press the button of the dust catcher frequently, shaking off the cement on the bag-type
dust collector, in case the silo will be explode.
4.Once the bag-type dust collector be stuffed, the safety valve can release immediately to release the pressure, in case the silo explode.
5.People can know the silo is full or short of material by observe the higher and lower level probes.
6. When it needs to be send material, first, it needs to open the discharge valve in the bottom of centrum, then convey the cement by
cement convey device. If the hole being obstructed during discharge the cement, people need to press the button of magnetic valve to
blow, eliminate the obstruction and continue to send material.
7. When there is fault about the convey device, people need to close the discharge hole, in case the cement flow out.
